What is in-home delivery?
You will get a notification via SMS and email to set up a delivery time window that works for you.
For lower 48: The delivery crew will place it anywhere at the ground level of your location, take your Plunge out of the box and remove all packing materials. They will not set it up, but it's super easy! Watch our install video on the Setup Page.
For international deliveries, the Plunge will be delivered to your location with the box and pallet.

What are the electrical requirements?
Your Plunge All-In will need to be plugged into an outlet with a dedicated 120V 15A circuit. The term "dedicated" means that the electrical circuit for your Plunge can not be used for any other electrical items.

The unit was a simple setup as I already had a slab and pebble bed ready for an easy delivery.
Unit is significantly quieter thank the older two part system.
This all in one has a clean sleek design.
I have had for 3 wks now and wont go a day without going in.
I am hitting the pause button then stepping in at 47 deg, and am laying for the 15 min delay practicing deep and slow breathing, and focusing on slowing down my mind, and before you know it, the jets turn back on and I jump out and go directly into my hot tub close by ,that I had already turned on before the plunge so it is 104 deg , creating another contrasting shock.
I recommend first week putting temperature at 55, then a few days later to 50 and work your way
Down. I think 47 is a good temperature that does shock the body enough.
