Director of Marketing

Plunge is looking for an incredible human to be our director of marketing and help us carry out our mission to make cold plunging as common as coffee.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at a growing company with 50M+ in rev, ideally in fitness, health or wellness. True passion and experience with cold water immersion is a must. The ideal candidate will bring with them a Rolodex of contacts to immediately connect us to partners they’ve worked with in the past that we can trust. You will work with the founders and lead various teams to create new and expand existing initiatives that push cold plunging and our brand into the mainstream while being true to our grass roots origin. This role is both strategy development and team management. You would oversee all areas listed below:

• Affiliate program
• Paid ads
• Partnerships
• Email Marketing
• Events
• PR
• Website

Objectives

• Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team

Skills and Qualifications

• Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
• Established portfolio of media and PR contacts

Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
Inside Sales is a critical part of the PLUNGE team. This person will be responsible for engaging all in-bound customer calls. In this role, you will be the point person in developing trust with the customer, pre-purchase, and ultimately working with customers to help them understand the best Plunge option for them. This role is our potential customers' first encounter connecting with the Plunge team.

We are experiencing hyper growth, so this is an incredibly fast paced work environment, things change constantly, and you will be stretched out of your comfort zone on a daily basis. Must be comfortable facing uncertainty, able to stay calm in challenging situations, and does not get overwhelmed easily.

This is a full-time hourly role. We offer competitive pay plus commissions in a growth focused & collaborative team environment. Perks include one free float per month at Capitol Floats, $50 monthly reimbursement for growth / health related purchase, and access to cold plunges, sauna, and a gym at work!

This is an entry level, full time position. The shift is Monday - Friday (9am-5pm).

Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver first-class sales support for all in-bound traffic through calls, email, and chat .
• Educate and consult customers on Plunge products, best practices with their Plunge, and clearly setting expectations of their purchase experience
• Follow-up in a timely and consistent manner with all potential customers
•Contribute to team initiatives, including the creation of knowledge, processes and tools to improve the purchase experience
• Collaborate with peers on best practice and procedures

Customer Success Associate

Job Description

The Customer Success Associate is a critical part of the PLUNGE team. This person will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. In this role, you will take ownership of the customer experience by providing an exceptional level of service with every interaction. The Customer Success Associate will have opportunities for advancement.

This is an entry level, full time position. The shift is Monday - Friday (8:30am-4:30pm).

• Deliver world-class customer services to prospective and current customers with their requests via email, live chat, and phone.
• Educate and consult customers on Plunge products, best practices on maintaining their Plunge, and troubleshooting issues that arise with their Plunge
• Collect and manage product feedback from customers to share with our product team and participate in conversations advocating for an improved customer experience
• Contribute to team initiatives, including the creation of knowledge, processes and tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of Plunge customer success
• Collaborate with peers on best practice and procedures
