Refund policy

Return policy: If you are unhappy with your Plunge for any reason, you have 30 days to get a full refund. Note: you'll have to pay for the cost to ship it back to us.

You'll need to put the Plunge back in the box with the packaging, put it on the pallet it came on and ship it freight to:
